By summer, my hard work had paid off, I had packed on 10 pounds of muscle and dropped down to 12% body fat. I was proud of my physique and felt like I’d truly earned my summer holidays.
But fast forward four weeks. After a couple of weeks in Europe and a chaotic schedule when I got back home, it was like I’d hit the reset button on all my progress.
